Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o motorista foi convidado a realizar o <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1099\">teste do etil\u00f4metro (baf\u00f4metro)<\/strong>, por\u00e9m <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1147\">se recusou a realizar o procedimento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1404\">Diante dos ind\u00edcios de embriaguez, <strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1275\">o homem foi preso em flagrante pelo crime de conduzir ve\u00edculo sob influ\u00eancia de \u00e1lcool<\/strong> e encaminhado para a <strong data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1368\">Delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil em <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span
